Your new role 

• Designing and evolving the architecture of the data platform
• Leading system integrations and ensuring data quality and governance
• Collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Managing CI/CD pipelines and release processes
• Providing technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews
• Supporting operational tasks and continuous improvement initiatives
• Documenting work in JIRA and Confluence

What you'll need to succeed 

• 7+ years of experience in data architecture and processing large datasets
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead managing development teams
• Strong expertise in Python, SQL, and data processing frameworks
• Experience with Datalake, Lakehouse, and Data Warehouse architectures
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-native data solutions
• Understanding of ML/LLM models and their practical applications
• Knowledge of data governance and quality standards
• Excellent communication and self-organization skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly
• Willingness to work from the office 2 days per week
• Bonus points for experience in the energy sector, Java/Kotlin, or microservices architecture
