Elettric80 and Bema specialize in the implementation of integrated, automated and flexible modular systems, in many different areas - especially in the food, beverage and paper industries, as well as in the ceramics and plastics industries. Since the early nineties, companies realized that they had to think first of all about the effectiveness of the factory's work, cooperating with large corporations, following a 'new way of thinking', which focuses on logistics and on integrated and automated systems compliant with the broadly understood 'Industry 4.0' '.
The intelligent logistics solutions of Elettric80 and Bema enable control and better planning of production, storage and shipment, ensuring complete traceability of the products handled. In this way, they guarantee maximum flexibility and full integration of production processes, reduction of production losses and improvement of quality while ensuring safety. The following system components are used for this purpose: palletizing robot islands, maintenance-free forklifts (LGV), automated wrapping machines, labeling machines and intelligent storage systems (Smart-Store AS / RS). The entire system is managed by the SM.I.LE80 (Smart Integrated Logistics) software. It is a direct link 'between' production systems and processes and ensures optimal and effective management of all internal and external factory operations.

A fully integrated automation system for the beverage industry - from the transport of semi-finished products to the loading of trucks
Elettric80 and Bema provide companies in the beverage industry with fully integrated logistics systems that rely on DRAGON palletizers (which can quickly change formats of supported products), high-performance SILKWORM wrappers that are directly connected to the ends of production lines. The offer is completed by fully automatic, maintenance-free LGV forklifts, as well as ROBOTIC LABELLER labellers. The whole is managed by a unique software designed by Elettric80, ie SM.I.LE80.
The beverage industry is an industry in which efficiency is of key importance due to large-scale production. For these applications, the Elettric80 uses in particular the highly flexible, high-speed DRAGON palletiser. It is installed directly at the end of the packing line and is completely accessible from the ground position, so it does not require expensive platforms and eliminates the risks associated with working at height.
The SILKWORM robotic wrapping machine - thanks to the use of a 1000 mm high stretch film roll, robotic technology and a fixed wrapping head - guarantees high production speed and flexibility of wrapping various products of various dimensions, maintaining product integrity and ensuring efficiency and safety. All these elements are integrated in a relatively small working space with flexible elements that can be integrated into existing and new production lines.
This is completed by LGV automated forklifts, which typically carry 2 to 4 pallets at the same time to cope with the fast production flows typical of the bottling sector. Thanks to this, we guarantee our customers unprecedented smoothness of production lines. Elettric80 systems enable packaging lines to operate at maximum efficiency and carry out transport processes efficiently, reducing long waiting times for truck loading even when many different pallets have to be loaded. Intelligent SMART STORE warehouses are an integral part of the system and are especially useful where there is limited storage space.

The SM.I.LE80 software, designed by Elettric80, has been further enhanced with the know-how acquired in this field to offer companies operating in this sector complete and safe automation solutions. Important features of this software are: integrated cooperation with ERP systems, pre-testing procedures, optimization and transport of pallets inside the warehouse, optimization of shipping speed and complete reporting of production processes.
