IT Service Desk Analyst
The IT Service Desk Analyst serves as the first point of contact for employees requiring IT support across multiple locations. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality first-line technical support, handling incidents and service requests, and ensuring timely resolution or escalation in line with service standards.
Key Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in IT Service Desk, Helpdesk, or 1st Line Support
- Experience working in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment
- Hands-on knowledge of ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Topdesk, Halo)
- Practical experience with:
- Active Directory (user and access management)
- Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
- Windows 10/11 support
- Remote support tools
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- Fluent English
- Willingness to participate in on-call support rotations
Nice to Have:
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Intune or MDM experience
- Basic support knowledge of ERP or business applications
- Additional European language skills (e.g., German, French, Hungarian)
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for hardware, software, user accounts, Microsoft 365, VPN, and printing issues
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems or escalate when needed
- Manage and update tickets accurately in the ITSM system
- Support users with access and basic usage of business applications
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation and continuous service improvement
