For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:

DevOps Engineer (Apigee)

100% remote work
Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)

What You will be doing:

• Design and implement API management solutions using Apigee
  on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Create and maintain API proxies, policies, and configurations ensuring security, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to integrate APIs with backend systems and external services.
• Define and document API standards, best practices, and governance guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and optimize API performance, ensuring compliance with enterprise integration patterns.
• Support deployment and monitoring of APIs in cloud environments.

What we expect from you:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Apigee (API proxy development, policies, OAuth, JWT).
• Solid experience with Google Cloud Platform services relevant to API management.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP, and API security standards (OAuth 2.0, mTLS).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
•  Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in English.nowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud, including Azure PaaS
