Your new role 

• Lead the end‑to‑end implementation of the budgeting system in D365 F&O, from requirements definition through configuration, testing, and go‑live
• Manage and execute the transition from Excel‑based budgeting templates to a dedicated budgeting application
• Design and implement scalable budgeting processes aligned with business needs
• Collaborate closely with Finance, HR, and other key business stakeholders to gather requirements and agree on solution design
• Coordinate the configuration of budgeting models, assumptions, workflows, and reporting within the selected tool
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and transparency throughout the budgeting process
• Support change management efforts, including user training, documentation, and adoption activities
• Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams or external system vendors (if applicable)

What you'll need to succeed 

• Experience working within an international, multi‑entity group environment
• Strong experience as a Project Manager / Project Lead / Project Coordinator for the implementation of global ERP systems such as D365, SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Workday, OneStream, Tagetik, or similar, with a focus on budgeting modules and/or planning tools
• Proven, hands‑on experience leading a transition from Excel‑based budgeting templates to a budgeting system or application
• Experience applying or supporting AI‑driven analytics solutions within budgeting, forecasting, or financial planning processes
• Strong understanding of budgeting processes
• Ability to independently manage a project with clearly defined timelines and deliverables
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with financial planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams, including Finance and HR
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with system implementation projects or process transformation initiatives
