Your new role
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a servant leader with people management responsibilities, ideally in an operations‑oriented environment.
- 3–5 years of experience working in agile environments, including at least 2 years in complex or enterprise‑level settings with multiple teams or Tribes.
- Strong coaching skills, with the ability to support both delivery teams and senior leadership.
- Deep understanding of agile frameworks and the ability to apply them contextually rather than dogmatically.
- Experience in organizational development or change management is highly beneficial.
- Agile coaching certifications (IC Agile, Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org) are an advantage.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset and openness to learning and change.
- Excellent command of German.
- Mature, confident personality with a passion for building better organizations.
