For our client we are currently looking for candidates for the position of:


CRM Analyst


Location: Poland / Warsaw
Model work: 100% remote
Branch: telecommunications / IT
Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)
Rate: up to 170 PLN/h net on B2B
Start date: ASAP / 1 month notice period
Working hours: Business hours
English: B2/C1



We are in search of a Senior Marketing Analyst who has a keen eye for detail and specializes in analyzing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) performance.
The successful candidate will have a solid analytical background and a demonstrated ability to use data effectively in shaping customer-centered strategies.




Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enhance measurement Key Performance Indicator (KPI) frameworks for different Owned channels.
  • Analyze and develop CRM (Salesforce) strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Demonstrates the ability to make informed decisions on the best methods and techniques to evaluate the impact and success of marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing partners to develop effective strategies for campaign reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics insights into customer experience improvements and support overall business goals.
  • Use SQL to analyze data and determine trends, predict outcomes, and offer actionable insights.
  • Lead the development and implementation of A/B tests to enhance customer journey touchpoints and improve conversion rates.
  • Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to track marketing performance metrics.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in CRM and analytics technologies.




Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in marketing analytics, with a focus on CRM
  • 5+ years of advanced SQL required
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Email marketing analytics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights.
  • Proficient in using data visualization tools (such as DOMO, Tableau)) to present data in a visually engaging manner
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple priorities.
