For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:
Data Engineer
Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)
Location: 100% remote
Length: long term project
Start date: ASAP / 1 month notice period is ok
Rate: to 140 pln/h

Current project status: Further development and new development
Project objective: Preparation and, depending on the application, automated plausibility checking of metering fees per contract as part of the VDHW data model for balance sheet accruals.
What will you Do:
• Independent creation and conversion of data and structures (data vault) in the data warehouse
• Logical and technical modeling of raw and business vaults as well as higher-level application layers/data products
• Creation of complex business transformations using dbt and Snowflake SQL
• Orchestration of dbt with Airflow. Creation of new Airflow DAGs, configuration of existing Airflow DAGs.
• Connection of source systems to the Snowflake DB with ADF, Fivetran, or other tools
• Participation in project meetings as part of the Scrum process. This includes daily meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinating with internal and external colleagues within the scope of the assigned work packages
Requirements:
• Very good data modeling skills, ideally also in Data Vault 2.0.
• Very good knowledge of SQL and DBT, good Python skills, and experience with CI/CD tools.
• Ideally, experience with Azure Data Factory and Airflow
