Your new role 

As a Digital Solution Platform Architect, you will design scalable, secure, and high-performance frontend and middleware architectures. You’ll collaborate closely with UX designers, product owners, and backend engineers to deliver seamless digital experiences. Your responsibilities include mentoring development teams, conducting code reviews, and driving the adoption of modern technologies and DevOps practices. You’ll also maintain technical documentation and promote knowledge sharing across teams. 

What you'll need to succeed 

• Proven experience as a Senior Developer or Solution Architect
• Strong proficiency in frontend technologies (React, Angular, Vue.js) and backend development (Java or similar)
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), event-driven architectures, and DevOps methodologies
• Bonus: German or Polish language skills, familiarity with Agile or Design Thinking, and advanced security knowledge
• Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for mentoring
• Fluent English is essential
