Your Responsibilities
- Support the Executive Chef in daily operations and ensure smooth kitchen workflows across multiple outlets
- Lead, motivate, and train your international galley team (up to 30 employees)
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards according to HACCP and company policies
- Coordinate menu planning and inventory with the Executive Chef
- Oversee food quality, presentation, and portion control
Your Profile
- Several years of experience as Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef in high-end hotels, resorts, or on cruise ships
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Solid knowledge of international cuisine and modern culinary trends
- English fluency; German language at intermediate level (B1-B2) is required for onboard communication
- Valid passport (EU nationality preferred)
- STCW certificates will be completed onboard if not yet available
