A seasoned professional responsible for the implementation and ongoing support of access and authorization structures within HR information systems. Delivers tailored reports and dashboards to meet the needs of both internal teams and clients. Proactively addresses and resolves technical and functional system issues, ensuring consistency and high-quality performance across platforms. 

Responsibilities

  • Ensures the consistency, reliability, and high performance of HR information systems.
  • Provides functional support for HRIS users across the Human Resources department and other business areas.
  • Investigates and resolves complex functional and technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Generates recurring reports and creates customized data analyses to support operational and strategic needs.
  • Recognizes potential for process enhancements and recommends system-driven improvements in HR operations.
  • Participates in the rollout of new HR systems and supports changes to existing processes.
  • Develops user training materials and delivers both formal and informal learning sessions.
  • Assists colleagues in utilizing HR tools effectively, offering guidance and sharing knowledge.
  • Designs, configures, tests, maintains, and continuously improves the HRIS authorization structure.
  • Acts as a key liaison between HRIS and key stakeholder groups, including Benefits, Payroll, Recruitment, Finance, and broader HR teams.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in the architecture, functionality, and day-to-day management of HR information systems  - Workday integration
  • Proficient in using reporting platforms, including designing and customizing reports to meet diverse business needs
  • Solid grasp of core human resources principles and workflows
  • Skilled in configuring, deploying, and supporting a variety of HRIS platforms
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with particular strength in Excel, including working with macros and automation
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the Workday system
  • Strong command of English for effective professional communication
  • Self-motivated and solution-oriented, with a proactive approach to challenges
  • Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and a strong sense of ownership in delivering results
  • Committed and responsible team player with a focus on outcomes
  • Capable of effectively managing tasks by setting clear priorities
