Your new role 

• Design, implement, and continuously improve the global identity and access landscape within a hybrid environment, with a strong focus on:
  • Microsoft Entra ID: Entra Connect Sync (AD Sync), user & group management, app registrations and enterprise applications (including SSO / SCIM), Conditional Access, authentication methods & MFA, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and license management
  • Windows Active Directory
  • Enterprise IAM platform (One Identity)
  • Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), including NDES and CRL
  • Integration and governance of external PKI provider (TeleSec)
• Own and enhance identity lifecycle management processes (joiner–mover–leaver)
• Define and optimize access management frameworks and policies
• Partner with business stakeholders and IT architects to design secure, scalable IAM solutions
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for IAM-related services
• Lead and contribute to global IAM initiatives and transformation projects
• Manage and coordinate external vendors and service providers
• Support and drive the evolution from hybrid IAM to cloud-first identity management

What you'll need to succeed 

• 5+ years of professional experience in Identity & Access Management
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Windows Active Directory, and identity lifecycle processes
• Hands-on experience with Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, SCIM, and privileged access solutions
• Solid background working with enterprise IAM platforms (e.g., One Identity)
• Good understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Familiarity with Azure services is an advantage
• Experience working within IT Service Management frameworks
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels
• Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in international, cross-functional environments
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
