Your new role 

As an IBM Integration Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing integration solutions for financial messaging and payment systems. You will work closely with client stakeholders, supporting them throughout the full delivery lifecycle - from solution design and deployment to ongoing integration support. Your daily work will involve IBM integration technologies, cloud‑native platforms and enterprise‑grade architectures focused on high performance, scalability and availability. 

What you'll need to succeed 

• Strong software development background with a focus on Enterprise Application Integration
• Experience designing or implementing financial messaging integration environments, ideally using IBM WebSphere technologies
• Hands‑on experience with IBM Integration Bus / ACE
• Knowledge of at least one: IBM MQ, IBM WAS, IBM DB2
• Experience working with cloud technologies, including Red Hat OpenShift
• Ability to collaborate with client stakeholders and support solution design, deployment and integration activities

• Experience with Financial Transaction Manager or similar payment platforms
• Knowledge of ISO 20022 and SWIFT standards
• Skills in ESQL, Java, Shell scripting, Kubernetes, Ansible
• Understanding of UML, Finite State Machines, and model‑driven development (e.g., IBM RSA)
