Your tasks

Solution Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade integration environments for financial messaging.

Technical Deployment: Oversee the full lifecycle of integration projects using advanced ESB and Message Broker technologies.

Cloud Transformation: Drive the adoption of cloud-native technologies, ensuring seamless deployment within containerized environments (OpenShift/Kubernetes).

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a technical consultant for client stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business needs and system architecture.

Quality & Standards: Ensure all solutions comply with international financial standards (e.g., ISO 20022) and rigorous non-functional requirements.

Governance & Support: Provide high-level technical guidance during the deployment and hypercare phases of complex payment solutions.
What we expect

Experience: Minimum 8 years of professional background in software development with a heavy emphasis on Enterprise Application Integration (EAI).

Domain Expertise: Proven track record in designing integration environments for financial services or large-scale banking systems.

Technology Skills: Expert-level knowledge of IBM Integration Bus (IIB) or App Connect Enterprise (ACE), complemented by experience in IBM MQ or DB2.

Cloud Software Expertise: Practical experience with Red Hat OpenShift or similar container orchestration platforms.

Financial Standards: Understanding of (or willingness to master) financial transaction processing standards such as ISO 20022 or SWIFT.

Communication: Fluency in English and the ability to manage technical discussions within a complex, matrixed corporate structure.
