Advanced profile:
• Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle)
• Knowledge of SQL (PL/SQL)
• Knowledge of SoapUI, Postman, REST API, XML/JSON
• Analytical skills
• Knowledge of BMC Atrium (nice to have)
• Basic knowledge of Python or other programming languages
• Knowledge of ETL integration tools, e.g., Pentaho Data Integration (nice to have)
• Knowledge of software testing issues (nice to have)
Basic profile (junior):
• Knowledge of Excel for building analytical reports
• Analytical skills
• Knowledge of SQL (nice to have)
• Interpersonal skills
The project concerns the inventory of company assets.
• Maintaining and updating the CMDB (Configuration Management Database) – a central database of all resources (hardware, software, configurations)
• Ensuring data consistency between the CMDB and other systems (e.g., monitoring, financial, purchasing)
• Integration and automation
o Creating and maintaining integration between the CMDB and other tools
o Automation of data update processes (e.g., import from Discovery systems, SQL reports)
• Reporting and analysis
o Building analytical reports (Excel, SQL) for audits, compliance, cost optimization
o Data quality analysis and identification of gaps or inconsistencies
• ITIL process support
o Supporting links to processes: incident, change, and problem management
o Ensuring that data in the CMDB supports operational processes and security.
• Development and testing
o Implementing new features in the CMDB (e.g., BMC Remedy Atrium).
