Your new role 

• Lead development and maintenance of mobile apps for Android and iOS
• Ensure reliability, security, and compliance of delivered solutions
• Oversee project execution and coordinate application changes
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver new features
• Supervise testing, validation, and quality assurance processes
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and technology contracts
• Build strong teams and develop specialist competencies
• Contribute to transformation and strategic programs

What you'll need to succeed 

• At least 8 years of IT experience in complex organizations
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role managing 20+ people
• Hands-on experience with mobile or digital platforms
• Strong knowledge of software development and agile practices
• Proven ability to manage budgets and vendor partnerships
• Fluent English; knowledge of Java, Kotlin, or Swift is an advantage
