We are looking for: Technical Lead / Software Architect (C# / Node.js)
What You’ll Do
- Drive the technical success of the TIE contractor group
- Act as a key liaison between management and the engineering team
- Ensure the product remains:
- Optimized
- Resilient
- Scalable
- Provide architectural leadership while maintaining a strong hands-on approach
- Investigate and resolve customer-facing infrastructure issues
- Translate high-level business strategy into:
- Stable
- High-performance code and systems
What You Bring
- 7+ years of experience in software development
- Strong expertise in C# and/or Node.js
- Proven experience in:
- Leading technical teams
or - Managing external vendors / contractor groups
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, especially within:
- Complex
- Multi-layered system architectures
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to translate technical complexity into clear, actionable insights for management
Nice to Have
- Background in:
- Cyber Security
- Identity Management
- Active Directory / Entra ID
