Job description
- Supervise a team of pipefitters, welders, and mechanical installers.
- Daily meetings with Clients and written progress reporting.
- Ensure that all project activities are executed safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate daily operations and allocate tasks to team members.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives and updates.
- Address any issues or challenges that arise within the team.
- Maintain a high standard of quality and safety compliance (with a focus on piping and mechanical standards).
- Report project status and performance metrics to upper management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, specifically in the mechanical and piping installation sector.
- Previous experience working on pharmaceutical projects is a strong plus.
- Language skills: Communicative knowledge of English and Polish is required.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willing to work abroad (Frankfurt, Germany).
- Relevant certifications in mechanical engineering or piping supervision are a plus.
