For our client, a leading global consulting firm specializing in strategy, technology, and business transformation, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of Project Manager/ Architect/ BA.
Work mode: remote from Poland + 4 days per month in Switzerland
Compensation: 180-220 PLN/h net

Project outline:
- Area: Architecture / TOM / Business Process Optimization
- Transformation project for a client in Switzerland, recently merged insurance group.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years leading international IT transformation; insurance experience with similar programs.
- Excellent communication and facilitation in German and English; high ownership and executive presence.
- Business & Process Design: Lean / Value Stream methods; hands‑on process (re)design.
- Enterprise/Business Architecture: domain modeling, integration principles, API & data architecture, TO‑BE blueprinting.
- Operating Model & Governance: TOM design, RACI, SOP creation, change governance.
- Data & interface competence: data modeling, master data concepts, data quality; APIs and event‑driven patterns.
- Strong program/stakeholder management; facilitates cross‑department collaboration, prioritization, and road‑mapping.
- Expected to be on site in Switzerland for four days per month (costs covered by the client).
