For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of Salesforce Engineer
- Location: hybrid (Kraków)
- Form of cooperation: B2B (with Hays Poland)
- Rate: up to 127 PLN/h net on B2B
- Start date: November/December 2025
- Tech stack: Salesforce (Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL), CI/CD, Salesforce APIs, Platform Events, Event-driven architecture, Clean Code, Salesforce security model
- Project: You will join a strong engineering team working on a multi-site platform.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering substantial features from concept to production
- Providing feedback and mentoring junior developers
- Acting as technical representative or scrum master
- Ensuring clean code and applying engineering best practices
- Collaborating with product managers and backend developers
- Supporting third-party integrations
- Monitoring live products and identifying improvements
- Contributing to team culture and technical excellence
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Salesforce development
- Experience with Lightning Web Components
- Strong knowledge of Apex and enterprise patterns (e.g. Unit of Work, Clean Code)
- Familiarity with trigger frameworks like fflib
- Understanding of Salesforce limits and mechanisms to manage them (API requests, Platform Events, Async Apex)
- Experience with Salesforce communication models (Platform Events, pub/sub API, RESTful APIs)
- Knowledge of Salesforce security model (users, roles, permissions)
Nice to have:
- Experience with package-based development
- CI/CD knowledge
- SOQL proficiency
- Experience with Sales Cloud or Service Clou
