SAP FICA Consultant
Location: remote (Poland)
Contract type: B2B (with Hays Poland)
Length: first contract for 12 months
Start date: ASAP/1 month Rate: 160-230 pln/h (net+vat)
General information:
The role involves supporting the transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA and requires solid knowledge of SAP FICA configuration, financial processes, and integration points with other FI modules
Tasks:
- Participating in migration activities from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA
- Configuring and supporting SAP FICA (FI-CA) including:
- Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable
- Business Partner integration and alignment
- Master data, items, charges, and account determination
- Supporting payment processes, including payment runs and correspondence
- Processing Electronic Bank Statements (EBS) and payments integration
- Managing dunning, clearing rules, returns, and reconciliation processes
- Supporting FI-CA related reporting and document management
- Ensuring proper integration with FI-GL and other financial components
- Contributing to validation, testing, and cutover activities
- Collaborating with functional and technical teams during the migration lifecycle
What we expect from you:
- Solid knowledge of SAP FI-CA configuration and key processes
- Hands-on experience with FI-CA in implementation, support, or migration projects
- Understanding of FI and BP (Business Partner) integration concepts
- End-to-end business process know how in receivables, payments, clearing, and dunning
- Experience working in SAP ECC and familiarity with S/4HANA migration specifics
- Nice to have:
- Higher Education in fields of computer science, mathematics or similar
