Role Overview
The Scrum Master will be responsible for supporting both Tribe-level initiatives and two Agile teams, ensuring the effective implementation of Agile practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching team members, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize delivery and remove impediments.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitates Scrum events including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Supports Agile principles and promotes best practices across teams.
- Identifies and removes obstacles that hinder team progress.
- Assists Product Owners in backlog refinement and prioritization.
- Monitors team performance, tracks velocity, and analyzes delivery metrics.
- Coaches teams in Agile methodologies, encouraging self-organization and cross-functionality.
- Collaborates with Enterprise Scrum Master to implement Tribe-level ceremonies and capabilities.
- Reports key metrics and progress to Tribe Leads and Product Managers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Agile PM).
- Experience in data analysis and performance tracking (velocity, predictability).
- Familiarity with change management and Agile transformation.
- Industry knowledge in Healthcare or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven coaching and facilitation abilities.
- Awareness of competitor products and market dynamics.
- Agile certifications such as CSM, CSPO, SAFe, or equivalent
