Your new company
For our client from Cracow, we are looking for a Senior DevOps Oracle Engineer.
Your new role
• Automate tasks using Ansible.
• Manage YUM repositories and create RPM packages.
• Perform Linux system administration and troubleshooting in line with Oracle databases.
• Administer and optimise Oracle database automation for performance and reliability.
• Integrate APIs to streamline database operations.
• Apply patches, upgrade, and troubleshoot database issues.
• Collaborate with teams and ensure compliance with security standards.
What you'll need to succeed
• Expertise in shell scripting, Ansible, and Linux administration.
• Experience with YUM repositories and RPM packaging.
• Experience and knowledge of Oracle or PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of APIs and SQL Server is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Good understanding of Agile Methodology.
• Good understanding of DevOps practices and tools.
Optional
• Certification in Oracle Database Administration.
• Certification in Linux Administration.
• Certification in SQL Server Database Administration.
