We are supporting one of our global clients in the technology sector in their search for a Senior Full Stack Developer. The role is based in Warsaw with a hybrid work arrangement (office 3 days per week).
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will take ownership of software delivery, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to industry best practices for coding, testing, and CI/CD. You will work on a platform built on AWS, collaborating closely with partner technology teams and contributing to the system architecture. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced developer with 3–7 years of front-office development experience who enjoys complex, full-stack challenges.

Your tasks
- Ensure software delivery meets quality and scope expectations
- Contribute to and maintain comprehensive system architecture documentation
- Collaborate effectively with partner technology teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Build and maintain complex applications using Angular, .NET/.NET Core, and RESTful APIs
- Implement and maintain service-oriented or microservice architectures
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, containerization (Docker), and middleware messaging services (e.g., FIX, SignalR)
- Apply agile development practices and contribute to CI/CD pipelines
What we expect
- 3–7 years of professional software development experience, ideally with stable roles in recent years
- Strong proficiency in .NET/.NET Core and solid understanding of object-oriented principles
- Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core Web API and RESTful API development
- Strong front-end experience with Angular (v15+), Typescript, JavaScript, RXJS, ES6
- Familiarity with NX Monorepo and multi-threaded/asynchronous programming
- Experience designing API-based, service-oriented, or microservice architectures
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
- Hands-on experience with containerization solutions like Docker
- Experience with middleware messaging services such as FIX or SignalR
- Agile development experience and understanding of software development lifecycle
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
Nice to have:
- Experience with CI/CD configuration
- Familiarity with additional JavaScript SPA frameworks
- Hands-on experience with AWS services
