Your new role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll play a key role in shaping technical direction and delivering scalable, maintainable systems. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust software architecture, primarily using Kotlin and Spring Boot. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and developing cloud-native applications using microservices architecture
- Driving agile development practices and contributing to productization efforts
- Ensuring code quality through clean, testable, and well-documented solutions
- Collaborating on infrastructure as code (Terraform) and cloud deployment (AWS)
- Supporting observability, monitoring, and stream processing initiatives
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong experience with Kotlin and Spring Boot
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and microservices
- Familiarity with messaging systems (MQTT, HiveMQ), containerization (Docker, ECS), and databases (SQL & NoSQL, ideally MongoDB)
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)
- Bonus: Experience with Java or Python, and knowledge of the energy sector
- Fluent English communication skills
- Flexibility, ownership mindset, and a collaborative spirit
- Ability to work from the Wrocław office twice a week
