Your new role 

• Designing system architecture and implementing scalable solutions
• Developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality Python code
• Implementing new features and improving existing functionalities
• Ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Writing clean, tested code (unit, integration, and QA tests)
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation
• Supporting debugging and troubleshooting of software issues
• Conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance
• Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team development
• Participating in research and solution design with Product Managers
• Contributing to the improvement of development processes and tool selection

What you'll need to succeed 

• 7+ years of experience in developing commercial-grade web applications using Python
• Strong experience with data-driven web applications
• Practical knowledge of SOLID principles and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and NLP technologies, ideally within multi-agent systems
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms
• Solid experience in designing data models and working with SQL databases (MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Proactive, self-driven, and well-organized approach to work
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
