Join FedEx as a Senior Technical Analyst. We’re looking for an IT specialist to join our global team and play a key role in deploying and supporting advanced control systems for warehouse and logistics automation.
In this role, you’ll be the bridge between product development and real-world implementation. You’ll work hands-on with cutting-edge technology, ensuring smooth rollouts, system stability, and 24/7 support for mission-critical software used by some of the world’s leading operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support the rollout of high-level control software at complex logistics and warehouse automation sites.
- Perform integration testing and validation to ensure system readiness and performance.
- Provide 24/7 global support for both on-premise and cloud-based software, resolving issues with speed and precision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and site personnel across the globe.
- Work with Azure DevOps tools to support deployment pipelines and system integration.
- Travel occasionally (mainly within Europe) for go-lives, upgrades, and issue resolution.
What We’re Looking For:
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in technical support, software integration, or control systems implementation—ideally in material handling or warehouse automation.
- Strong C# development and debugging skills.
- Experience with multithreaded applications and session management.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps Pipelines or similar CI/CD tools.
- Proficiency in using regular expressions for diagnostics (e.g., in Splunk, Notepad++).
Nice to Have:
- Background in logistics, parcel, or warehouse environments.
- Experience working in global support teams across time zones.
- Familiarity with high-availability system rollout strategies.
