SEO / AI Search Consultant
Location: remote (Poland)
Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)
Length: 12 weeks
Start date: ASAP
Rate: 140-170 pln/h (net+vat)

General information: Project consists of two phases: Content Audits and LLM AEO Playbook creation
Tasks:
- Content Audits:
- Ability to conduct content audits focused on web and content performance, engagement, quality, clarity, duplication, and relevance
- Understanding how content supports user journeys and what users are trying to do and find
- Working knowledge of SEO and AI driven search (AEO / LLMs) and how content structure and wording affect visibility
- Confidence in using analytics and performance data to prioritise pages and journeys
- Ability to clearly summarise findings and turn them into practical recommendations for content and design teams
- Proficiency with tools such as: Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs, GA4, GSC, as well as other SEO, web scraping, analytics and content automation tools
- LLM AEO Playbook Creation
- Strong understanding of how content should be structured and written to perform well in AI answers, search engines and voice interfaces
- Ability to define clear content rules and guidelines (e.g., structure, tone, metadata, quality standards) aligned with the AEO/GEO landscape
- Ability to create measurement frameworks and KPI structures for SEO and AEO/GEO
- Experience turning strategy into practical templates, examples, and patterns that teams can reuse
- Understanding of content workflows and governance, and how to integrate new guidance into them
- Ability to explain and document guidance clearly so that teams can adopt and apply it at scale
- Proficiency with: Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs, GA4, GSC and other relevant tools
- Very strong client facing English and presentation skills
What we expect from you:
- Minimum 3–4+ years in content, SEO and digital experience roles
- Proficiency in English at B2+ level
- Nice to have:
- Higher Education in fields of computer science, mathematics or similar
