Your tasks
- Works with customers on planning, designing, configuring, and/or diagnosing a suite of customer products, services, and solutions to accelerate customer goals.
- Assists customers with the integration and implementation of tools, systems, and service delivery.
- Supports pre-sales activities and translates business requirements into solution designs.
- Creates simulations for customers in test labs to resolve/verify complex issues and compliance concerns.
- Creates and delivers customer materials, portals, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
What we expect
- 8+ years Experience working on a Service Provider network
- Technical Knowledge about typical Services offered by Service Providers (e.g. Internet;Triple Play, L3VPN and L2VPN).
- Basic understanding of Mobility networks and datacenter key elements
- Experience working with Cisco devices running IOS XR or IOS XE
- Experience writing scripts (Python, shell scripts or other)
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting BGP/MP-BGP, ISIS, OSPF, MPLS and QoS
- Technical Knowledge about Multicast solutions
- Strong skills in writing technical documents
