Your new role 

• Design, develop, and oversee technical solutions across the ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure enhancements follow best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define platform strategy and implementation roadmaps.
• Lead advanced development, integrations with external systems (SAP, Jira, LDAP), and platform upgrades.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams, review user stories, and estimate efforts.
• Stay current with new ServiceNow capabilities to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.

What you'll need to succeed 

• 7+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, including 4+ years in architecture or technical design.
• Proven expertise in ITSM, CSDM, Discovery (CSM, HRSD, and AI experience is a strong plus).
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow implementation strategies and best practices.
• Solid understanding of ITIL framework and enterprise IT operations.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly across teams.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
