Role overview:
As a ServiceNow Architect, you will take ownership of the platform’s technical direction, designing and implementing best-in-class solutions while ensuring stability, scalability, and alignment with business goals. You will work closely with developers, process owners, and global stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Architecture & Design
- Design, develop, and own technical solutions across the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure all platform enhancements follow ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define platform strategy, technical requirements, and implementation roadmaps.
Development & Integration
- Perform advanced development within ServiceNow modules.
- Create and maintain server-side scripts, ACLs, business rules, UI actions, and UI policies.
- Develop and manage integrations with external systems such as SAP, Jira, and LDAP.
- Oversee instance cloning, platform upgrades, and performance tuning.
Leadership & Governance
- Guide development teams, review user stories, and estimate technical efforts.
- Partner with the platform owner to align solutions with organizational goals.
- Lead by example in continuous improvement, innovation, and adherence to architectural standards.
- Stay current with new ServiceNow capabilities, ensuring the platform evolves alongside business needs.
Key Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, including 4+ years in architecture or technical design.
- Proven expertise in ITSM, CSDM, Discovery(CSM, HRSD and AI experience a strong plus).
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow implementation strategies and best practices.
- Ability to manage and communicate complex information clearly across teams.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Solid understanding of ITIL framework and enterprise IT operations.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
