What you'll need to succeed 

• Organize and guide workshops with business stakeholders to understand requirements, objectives, and challenges
• Evaluate and document business processes, highlight areas for improvement, and translate them into actionable requirements
• Perform gap analysis and propose enhancements by utilizing ServiceNow functionalities
• Work closely with architects and developers to maintain consistency between technical solutions and business expectations
• Prepare user stories and acceptance criteria to support agile delivery teams
• Assist with delivery planning, backlog grooming, and actively engage in sprint ceremonies
• Offer support to end users and troubleshoot ServiceNow‑related incidents
• Execute basic configuration changes within the platform in accordance with established standards and best practices
• Keep informed about the latest ServiceNow releases and new features

What you'll get in return 

• At least 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst with ServiceNow
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and facilitate workshops effectively
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and Agile practices
• Sharp analytical and problem‑solving skills, coupled with keen attention to detail
• Outstanding organizational, coordination, and communication abilities
• Capacity to quickly grasp new concepts and support administrative functions in ServiceNow
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Proactive, self‑driven, and innovative mindset
