Project and Role Overview:
As a Software Project Manager, you will join the EMEA Professional Services team and lead enterprise-level software implementation projects within PLM and MOM domains. You will work with international customers, supporting their engineering and manufacturing transformation initiatives across the region. The role combines project leadership, customer engagement, and financial ownership, with a strong focus on long-term cooperation and stability.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of PLM and MOM software implementation projects for enterprise customers
- Shape and structure projects from the early phases in cooperation with Sales and Services teams
- Define scope, objectives, delivery approach, roles, and responsibilities
- Manage projects according to an established delivery framework, including risk and issue management
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and customer teams to ensure smooth execution and timely decisions
- Take ownership of project financials, including budget control, margins, and forecasting
- Support customers during go-live and post go-live phases
- Represent client values and build long-term relationships with customers and partners
- Travel to customer locations when required by the project
Must Have:
- Minimum 6–7 years of experience in managing software delivery projects
- Experience in enterprise software implementation projects, preferably including post go-live support
- Knowledge from the user/business perspective (no hands-on technical background required)
- Background working with enterprise‑level software applications. Knowledge of PLM / MOM platforms (Teamcenter, Opcenter) is ideal, but we also welcome candidates with SAP or ERP implementation experience in manufacturing‑focused industries such as automotive, aerospace, or defence.
- Proven experience working directly with external customers in a commercial project environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Very good command of English (minimum B2) and fluent Polish
Nice to Have:
- Experience in international / EMEA projects
- C1 level of English
- Background in long-term, complex transformation programs
