For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates with 5+ years experience for the position of:
Solution Engineer - MS Platform
Location: Warszawa (PL) lub Łódź (PL) lub Gdańsk (PL) lub Gdynia (PL)

Type of contract: contract (B2B by Hays Poland)
Cooperation: long-term cooperation (first contract for 12 months)
Rate: do 165 PLN/h net + VAT
Start date: ASAP, max. within 1 month
Remote work: Hybrid
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Solution Architect / Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of an IT platform supporting the Data Privacy domain. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for designing and overseeing technical solutions, with a strong focus on the
Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the creation of an IT ecosystem supporting Data Privacy initiatives.
- Act as an individual contributor in developing architectural artefacts such as:
- High-Level Designs (HLD)
- Low-Level Designs (LLD)
- Feasibility Studies
- Lead and oversee technical and architectural workstreams.
- Perform solutioning and engineering design work related to:
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Integration with interfacing systems and services
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in roles such as:
- Solution Engineer
- Solution Architect
- Application Architect
- IT Analyst / Business Analyst / System Analyst
- Strong background in developing architectural documentation (HLDs, LLDs, feasibility studies).
- Solid understanding of architecture domains including:
- Requirements Management & Analysis
- Solution Design (both traditional and Agile contexts)
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Power BI
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, especially SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
- Relevant certifications and training in architecture and Power Platform are highly desirable.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Azure Functions)
- Knowledge of integration patterns and REST APIs
- Familiarity with data governance and privacy frameworks
