We’re looking for an IT professional who enjoys working with modern infrastructure and keeping systems stable, secure, and efficient. This role combines hands-on system administration, user support, and continuous improvement of IT environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Microsoft server environments, with a focus on: Active Directory DNS and DHCP services
- Troubleshoot and resolve ongoing technical issues across supported IT systems
- Ensure systems operate in line with defined SLA standards
- Handle internal IT service requests in a structured and timely manner
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems for both workstations and servers
- Maintain up-to-date and well-organized technical documentation
- Monitor and enhance security across IT systems and infrastructure
- Support and administer local network environments (LAN)
- Contribute to continuous improvement of IT processes and system performance
Required Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience in a similar IT support or system administration role
- Solid knowledge of Windows and Windows Server environments
- Practical experience with: Active Directory, DNS / DHCP
- Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft-based systems
- Understanding of networking concepts and local network administration
- Familiarity with internet technologies such as: Web hosting, Email systems, Websites
- English proficiency that allows effective use of technical documentation
- Strong communication skills and good work organization
- Genuine interest in IT and a willingness to learn
- Technical education (at least secondary level, IT or electronics-related)
