• Provide high quality technical support
• Day-to-day management of the infrastructure including scheduled and emergencies
• Incident responses include troubleshooting of the infrastructure-related issues as well as troubleshooting of platform-related issues.
• Maintaining high quality documentation for all related tasks

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish are a must
• Technical education or experience in IT roles preferred
• Practical experience managing critical customer issues is a plus
• Must possess an enthusiastic personality and foster a positive work environment
• Well-organised with effective time management skills
• Ability to work independently
• AWS, Azure, Linux, GCP and containers experience will be a plus

• Employment contract together with yearly bonus
• Working in hybrid model: 3 days a week
• Working hours: 9-17
