We are currently recruiting for a Test Analyst for a leading global institution within the financial and technology services sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and seamless delivery of large-scale, cross-functional projects through rigorous testing methodologies and operational readiness.

Your tasks

  • End-to-End Test Coordination: Managing and monitoring functional and E2E test planning, execution, and defect resolution to ensure all gaps are closed before production.

  • SDLC Lifecycle Support: Assisting Project Managers in global initiatives by applying a deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.

  • Stakeholder Management: Maintaining clear communication lines with diverse technical and operational groups, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and potential risks.

  • Process Optimization: Translating complex business requirements into efficient support processes and providing recommendations to minimize operational risk.

  • Testing Documentation: Leading walkthroughs for test scenarios and scripts, tracking issues to conclusion, and documenting findings for senior management.

  • Knowledge Transfer: Developing user manuals and training guides, and conducting training sessions to ensure operational readiness for new technology builds.

  • Release Management Support: Actively participating in strategy and planning meetings to track workarounds and ensure the success of "live-to-market" deployments.

What we expect

  • Professional Experience: Proven track record in supporting large-scale, global initiatives, specifically within testing or project management tracks.

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the SDLC with a focus on both Agile and Waterfall testing methodologies.

  • Analytical Mindset: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze ambiguous documentation or queries to find clear resolutions.

  • Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a multi-cultural, virtual, and office-based team environment.

  • Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work across different regions and time zones, including flexibility for North American hours when required.

  • Independence: Capacity to work with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
