For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:
Test Manager
Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)
Length: 3 months
Start date: ASAP
Rate: 200zł/h
Main skills required:
- Understanding of testing processes
- Experience managing UAT / Business
- Process type testing
- Experience using JIRA (plus X Ray Testing plug in) for test and bug management
- Self-motivated, proactive, can do attitude
- Strong communicator (be able to translate project terminology into plain English for business testers)
- Experience of onsite / offsite testing and remote support models
- Understands testing specification techniques in addition to coordination JIRA expertise
- Workday and/or HR config experience desirable
Responsibilities:
- Hands on test coordinator required to manage daily activities of business testers as follows: manage finalization of test preparation (test scenario load to JIRA, confirm all logistics in place)
- Create test execution schedule
- Coordinate and manage test execution.
- Work with Change Leads and local brand teams to facilitate onsite testing sessions
- Provide support for testers to record test results, test evidence and bugs in JIRA Ensure JIRA is up to date with test results, bug status and assignments
- Manage bugs through the bug management lifecycle Produce progress reports on testing.
- Highlight risks and issues
- Manage defect fix retesting
- Create test scenarios (and detailed steps) for any new CR’s that are approved and will also need to be able to review and amend existing test scenarios based on feedback received during testing
