For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:
UX Designer
Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)
Location: 100% remote
Length: long term project
Start date: ASAP / 1 month notice period is ok
Requirements:
- Mid or Senior level UX Designer
- Fluent English (required)
- Based in Spain or Poland
- Strong experience designing end to end user experiences
- Agile mindset
- Experience in work in Lean UX methodology
- Ability to translate business and user needs into clear UX flows, wireframes, and interaction patterns
- Experience collaborating with Product, UX, UI, and Development teams in an agile environment
- Ability to work across the full lifecycle: concept → UX flows → wireframes → delivery
- Experience using and contributing to a Design System
- Understanding of usability and accessibility principles
- Strong plus: experience working with enterprise scale platforms
