We are looking for an experienced Lead UX Researcher to join UX Center of Excellence and help shape outstanding digital experiences.
What You'll Do
- Lead UX research projects across digital products and services.
- Plan and conduct quantitative (60–70%) and qualitative (30–40%) research studies.
- Analyze data and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, Analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Manage research priorities and support product roadmaps.
- Present insights that influence product decisions.
- Support and optimize research repository adoption and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in UX Research.
- Strong experience conducting end-to-end research using methods such as surveys, interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analytics.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Glassbox.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Portfolio demonstrating the impact of research on product decisions.
Nice to Have
- Degree in HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Communications, Information Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with consumer-facing products.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
