Work mode: 100% remote
Compensation: 150-170 PLN/h net

Project and Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Voice AI DevOps Engineer to help develop, operate, and modernize next-generation voice platforms. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in IMS and VoIP technologies with hands-on experience in cloud-native environments, DevOps practices, and AI-powered voice solutions. You will join an international team working on the evolution of voice services toward AI-enabled platforms, contributing to both ongoing operations and strategic modernization initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and operate voice platform solutions in enterprise and telecom environments
- Manage and optimize IMS, SIP, VoIP, and voice service infrastructure
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for voice platform deployments
- Automate operational processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and scripting
- Deploy and support applications in Kubernetes-based cloud-native environments
- Monitor platform performance, reliability, and security
- Collaborate with software engineering, platform, cloud, and AI teams
- Support the integration of AI/LLM capabilities into voice platforms and conversational services
- Drive continuous improvements in scalability, resilience, and automation
- Troubleshoot complex incidents across telecom, cloud, and application layers
Key Requirements:
- Strong commercial experience with IMS, VoLTE, VoIP, SIP, RTP, SBCs, and voice service architecture
- Hands-on experience with carrier-grade voice platforms
- Good understanding of telecom network architecture and protocols
- Experience working with Kubernetes and containerized environments
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Familiarity with cloud-native application deployment and operations
- Strong DevOps background and experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps or similar)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Helm
- Scripting skills in Python, Bash, Go, or similar
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk
- Very good English communication skills (B2+)
Nice to have:
- Experience with AI/LLM solutions and practical AI use cases
- Knowledge of speech technologies and conversational AI platforms
- Experience integrating AI-powered services into enterprise environments
- Familiarity with AI-related APIs and service integrations
