Your new role 

What you'll need to succeed 

• 10+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including architecture and solution design responsibilities.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, workflows, tables, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, scripting, and platform governance.
• Strong knowledge of both client-side and server-side development, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Script Actions, and integrations.
• Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, operations, migration projects, and platform lifecycle management.
• Experience establishing technical standards, governance frameworks, and architectural best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in global and distributed environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT Service Management principles.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, APM, or Enterprise Architecture-related certifications.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification would be a strong advantage.
